A study skills group for high school students who struggle with the challenges of ADHD.

Students will learn…

  • How to manage their own attention, time management, and organizational skills.
  • How to develop learning, memorizing, and test taking techniques and strategies.

A study skills group for middle school students who struggle with the challenges of ADHD.

A group designed to address the needs of mature women, including transitions, life stage issues, stress, anxiety and relationships as they are uniquely experienced at this point in life within asupportive environment of similarly aged individuals.
